Miss Bailey

'Miss Bailey' is 24 inches tall and wearing a beautiful black and white toile tile skirt adorned with coordinating warm pink china ruffles with gold and black trim.  Her halter neckline is made with gold tiles and a black glass chandelier broach.  Her bodice is created with black glass tiles and complimented with coordinating black glass beads at the back.
